PAF30 - Introduction to Personal Fitness 

Below is an ebook  I've written specifically for this course. The aim of the course is for students to gain experience in this participating in a variety of different fitness activities including bodyweight, stability ball, suspension, kettlebell, yoga/pilates, dance with the major emphasis being functional fitness. As part of the course students will set their own goals and create their own fitness programs based on NSAC fitness principles. This book has been designed to aid in that process.
